Project Description: The goal for this project is to provide a safe, high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, forward-looking, technologically and environmentally considerate parking garage structure that fits within, and advances, the Downtown Olathe environment, while maximizing net new parking spaces. The City’s total project funding for the City Hall Parking Garage is currently established at $22,500,000, including the design and construction of the parking garage structure, site utilities and all related site development, bonds, insurance, and design-builder fees.
