The U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda, seeks qualified contractors for the upgrade of the southeast side of the security perimeter wall at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR). The project includes wall brick cladding construction, privacy panel installation, site preparation, and protection/restoration of site elements.
