Project Description: The City of Tallahassee Environmental Services Office Improvements project is located on the 3rd floor of City Hall. The interior renovation includes demolition of ceilings, demolition of systems, replacement of ceilings and systems, painting and air infiltration resolution. The City expects to make a single award to a responsible and responsive contractor. See attachments for greater specifications and detail.
