Project Description: The City of Tallahassee is seeking a general contractor for a restroom construction project. This includes environmental sustainability measures for waste reduction, ADA compliance, and regulatory adherence to federal, state, and local construction codes. This project will require contractors to submit Waste Disposal Reports and comply with special inspections and reporting as per IBC.
