Title: Phillips Park Irrigation Pump System Replacement
Addenda: 0
Release Date: 5/12/2026
Due Date: 6/3/2026
The City of Aurora is seeking qualified contractors to furnish and install a new custom pump system to replace the existing system located in a pump house at Phillips Park, which provides irrigation to the golf course. The system shall operate at 480Y/277V, 2-phase, 60 Hz and be capable of delivering 1,200 GPM at 120 PSI from a wet well with a depth of 13.5 feet.
The existing irrigation pump system at Phillips Park has reached the end of its service life and no longer provides reliable or efficient operation for golf course irrigation demands. Frequent maintenance issues and declining performance have increased operational risk and reduced system dependability. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing system with a new, efficient, and reliable pump system capable of meeting current and anticipated irrigation requirements while improving operational reliability and reducing maintenance needs.
