Establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Vendor Managed Inventory Services via Industrial Vending Machines owned and operated by the contractor. The Contractor shall supply the equipment and be responsible for the purchase and management of all inventory within system. Contractor shall provide continuous on-site management of machine and inventory to keep items at the agreed upon minimum/maximum level. Contractor shall provide a data reporting system shall be included with system that can provide real time reporting of inventory consumption and availability. Product, items, and supplies shall be fluid and based on consumption and demand.
