Everett Housing Authority invites Written Price Responses from bathroom refinishing contractors for Tub Cutouts at our Elderly Housing Developments in Everett, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Everett Housing Authority. The Project consists of completing 20 tub cutouts overtime. The work is estimated to cost $25,000 over two years. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 30s 39M and to minimum wage rates. Bids will be received until 4pm, Thursday September 18, 2025. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available after 8am, on September 2, 2025. Written Price Responses should be delivered to Executive Director, Everett Housing Authority, 393 Ferry St. Everett, MA 02149 or emailed to Executivedirector@Everetthousingauthority.org.
