Heavy Equipment Lease, Rental, and Purchase Services
Dear Vendors,
Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that it is the intent of Santa Fe County to award
contracts for various Heavy Equipment Lease, Rental, and Purchase Services under IFB No. 2026-
0322-PW/JL to the following Bidders:
Bid Opening: June 24, 2026 2PM MDT

4. Power Equipment Company
5. HERC Rentals
The actual awarding of the contracts requires the review and approval of the County Board of
Commissioners. The Santa Fe County Purchasing Division will contact each successful Bidder
regarding execution of the resulting contract(s). Please confirm receipt of this letter by email to
jalove@santafecountynm.gov no later than the close of business on July 2, 2026.
