Dear Proposers:

Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that it is the intent of Santa Fe County, consistent with the

provisions of the RFP allowing multiple awards, to award contracts for RFP No. 2026-0227-CSD/JL,

Public Awareness Campaign Services to the following Offerors:

1. Firestik Studio

2. K2MD

The actual awarding of the contracts requires the review and approval of the County Board of

Commissioners. The Santa Fe County Purchasing Division will be in contact with each Offeror to

discuss the terms and conditions of the contract. Please confirm receipt of this letter via email to

jalove@santafecountynm.gov by the end of the business day on July 2, 2026.
