The City of Williamsburg is seeking licensed professional design services for the complete design of a new vehicle maintenance shop and materials storage facility at the Public Works Yard and new salt storage facility at the Filtration Plant. The new materials storage is planned at approximately 4,500 square feet. The new salt storage is planned at approximately 3,750 square feet. The new maintenance facility is planned at approximately 9,600 square feet.Major disciplines required for this project include architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical/low voltage engineering, and mechanical/plumbing engineering, independent cost estimator, surveying, special inspections, and geotechnical engineering. The selected design team shall complete all work necessary to adequately complete the design, permitting and construction phase services for the project.
