| Description: | Town of Sharpsburg Request for Quotes – Land Survey Services CDBG-NR 20-C-3642 The Town of Sharpsburg has received CDBG-Neighborhood Revitalization funds for the replacement on site of up to 4 houses. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Sharpsburg is receiving price quotes from local surveyors who are interested in providing the residential land survey services. The surveys to be performed shall be boundary surveys of existing lots, including parcel boundaries and related improvements, e.g. easements, encroachments, house, accessory buildings, utility poles, driveways, etc. and latitude/longitude coordinates. Boundary corners to be marked with visible stakes. If you are interested in providing the services, please contact Tracy Sullivan, Town Clerk at 252-446-9441 or email the Town Clerk at tracy.clerk@sharpsburgnc.com. The price quote and qualifications summary are due by 2 pm February 14, 2024. The survey services contract will be funded with federal grant funds and all applicable state and federal laws, policies and standards will apply to all aspects of the CDBG-NR Grant funds.
