Will you accept alternative manufacturers?

Yes, but we have had better success with the Dell brand.

VGA Port Specification: The hardware specifications list a VGA port. As this is a legacy port not standard on modern "Ultra 7" motherboards, including it natively may require a specialized build and increase unit costs. Could you confirm if a native VGA port is required on the chassis, or if a DisplayPort/HDMI to VGA adapter is an acceptable alternative?

HDMI port is an acceptable alternative.

Warranty Requirements: The RFQ does not specify a required warranty period or service level. Does the district have a preferred warranty (e.g., 3-year onsite), or should we provide our own recommended terms within the quote?

Manufacturer warranty suffices. We would consider recommended warranty terms.

Upon checking, Dell does not have a pre-configured slim desktop that matches the specifications listed in the request and comes with a native VGA port. Please verify if the end user is open to a solution that does not have a VGA port and an additional video adapter, or if they prefer a custom desktop solution (CTO) to meet all their requirements.
