Project Description: This Contract provides for the remodeling of the Vancouver City Hall Council Chambers. This project includes electrical and IT upgrades with Owner Furnished Equipment, casework, various architectural finishes, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 1:00PM, local time, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98668. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 70 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
