The City University of New York (CUNY) seeks an authorized reseller of the Perforce (Puppet) product Mfg. Part#: PUP BRONZE; Description: PUPPET BLACK BELT 5 HRS WK SVC to provide bids/ quotes for this IT subscription services item for a 1-year term by completing CUNY Pricing Request Document for Software (“PRDS”) attached in the documents section of this advertisement and emailing it to helena.gacina@cuny.edu by the established due date and time.

The deadline for submitting written questions via email to helena.gacina@cuny.edu is Monday, April 20 by 1 PM EST.

Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) and/or 17-B (SDVOB) of the New York State Executive Law. As such, CUNY has not established subcontracting goals for this procurement. NYS-certified MWBEs and SDVOBs are strongly encouraged to respond to this solicitation.

Bids from vendors that do not meet the certification criteria indicated above will not be evaluated.

The Procurement Lobbying Act (PI-A) Applies to this Solicitation.

Compliance with the PLA:

Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if they are selected.

  1. “Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)”
  2. “Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”
