Project Description: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum acceptable criteria for the procurement and delivery to Buffalo, New York of Air Dryer Parts.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened by the designated Procurement Official at 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, New York 14203.
