REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
ADVERTISEMENT
The City of Durham will accept Request for Qualifications submittals from Bidders until 4:00 PM
on Thursday, October 29, 2026, for Contract "SW-112D On-Call Design Services". This is a
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms (Engineers) to provide services On-Call
Professional Services to the City of Durham, Environmental & Street Services Department.

PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE
The mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must include
a non-collusion affidavit.
