This scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 2:00PM CT on December 2, 2025, at the Johnson County Library Leawood Branch located at 4700 Town Center Drive, Leawood, Kansas 66211. Representation is required by General Contractors/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid. Please gather near the front entrance. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on December 9, 2025, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
