GE Precision Healthcare LLC is the only company that possesses the ability to support the continuation of this requirement at the required start date of 1 October 2025. There are no vendors that provide the OEM updates on the GE Viewpoint Manufactured Ultrasound Equipment. As a result, this requirement will be sole sourced to the GE Precision Healthcare LLC. Recommend a sole source award to GE Precision Healthcare LLC due to the proprietary products, and patents and other intellectual property rights.
