Spartanburg County is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Janitorial Services for the various offices throughout the County. Offices include: Administration Building, Courthouse, Parking Garage at Courthouse, Community Services Building, Sheriff’s Office, Emergency Services Academy (ESA), County Health Clinic, Fleet Services, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and 911 Communications Office
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held April 14, 2025, at 10:00am at Spartanburg County Administrative Offices, Conference Room 1 at 366 North Church Street Spartanburg, SC 29303. Proposers must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and one (1) mandatory site visit to submit a proposal. See RFP details for site visits.
