Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation Services Pre-RFP MWDBE Matching Session

Project Description: Allegheny County will host a pre‑RFP matching session for firms interested in the upcoming Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation project. Because the County has not yet selected an HCM system, this will be a solution‑agnostic session focused on understanding the anticipated project scope and the types of work that may present opportunities for MWDBE participation. Attendees will also receive an overview of the County’s MWDBE program, along with expectations for MWDBE engagement and documentation in future RFP responses.
The session will include a structured opportunity for qualified MWDBE firms to share their capabilities and explore potential teaming relationships with prospective implementation partners.
