Project Description: A. In partnership with the City of Chignik, the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is soliciting proposals from design teams for the design of a water source and hydroelectric power system in Chignik, Alaska.
B. The design team will also provide permitting services to both allow construction of the raw water source transmission as well as the hydroelectric power portion of the project. The design team will coordinate with a Construction Manager who will be contracted after the 35% design milestone and an Independent Cost Estimator who will be assisting ANTHC with GMP negotiations.
