Sealed Bids for the construction of East Redstone Avenue will be received by the Crestview City Council at city hall located at 198 N. Wilson Street, Crestview, FL, until 10:00 a.m. local time on November 20, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. The Project consists of approximately 413 tons of asphalt pavement, 940 square yards of base, 387 LF of pipe (storm), 1,552 LF of curb, and 4 inlets.
A Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held October 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time, Crestview City Hall, Council Chambers, 198 N. Wilson St., Crestview, FL 32536.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and awarded based on the lump sum of the unit prices.
