Sealed Bids for Pavement Preservation will be received by the Town of Billerica, at the office of the Department of Public Works, Administration, Room G08 of the Town Hall, 365 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01821, on or before Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. and at the time indicated will be brought to Room 210 and publicly opened and read aloud. Contract Documents may be obtained on or after Wednesday, March 5, 2025 by registering via email with the Project Manager Brandon Gentile at bgentile@town.billerica.ma.us with Pavement Preservation in the subject line. To bid on this project, Contractors must be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, Prequalification of Contractors, MassDOT prequalification of contractors, with the class of work as Pavement Surfacing (Options) for the project with an estimated value of $949,307.10, will be required.
