Central NY 2025-2028 Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services in Cayuga, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Central NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services at multiple sites in Cayuga, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, providing snow and slush removal and ice control services at OPWDD locations throughout Central NY.

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The contractor or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 2 years of relevant experience. The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive contractor(s) that provide the lowest Total Combined Cost Per Season per cluster. Prevailing wage will apply.
