The State of South Carolina, Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to establish contracts with consulting firms to develop two hydrology and water quality models. This solicitation will be awarded by Lots which will result in the establishment of two contracts. One Lot will be for Lake Hartwell and one Lot will be for Lake Murray.
