General Construction Services

The Town of Agawam, Chief Procurement Officer in consultation with the Department of Public Works hereby invites sealed bids from qualified experience sources in accordance with Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended, for “General Construction Services Price Agreement”.   Bidders must be experienced in, but not limited to, the installation of water, sewer and drainage piping and valves of various sizes, types and manufacturers and related work in the Towns street utility infrastructure.  This agreement is to be a one-year contract with the option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods as described in the “Scope of Work”.
