CHUGNUT TRAIL EXTENSION GRIPPEN PARK SEGMENT PROJECT
Deposit Required: Each Proposal must be made upon the forms provided by the County and shall be accompanied by a deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Said Deposit shall be made payable to the Broome County Director of OMB, shall be considered a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the Contract with the County if it is awarded to him/her. Minimum Wage Rates shall be as determined by the New York State Department of Labor. The Minority and Women?owned Business Enterprises ("MWBEs") utilization goal is 30%. All qualified MWBEs are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. The EEO Minority Hiring Goal is 5.0% in accordance with the programs detailed in the bid documents.
