FCC Yazoo City FY 26 4th Qtr Quarterly Milk Subsistence

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Yazoo City, MS is hereby issuing solicitation FCC YAZOO CITY - Q4 FY26 - Milk Subsistence for the acquisition of milk delivery to the Federal Correctional Institute, Yazoo City, MS. This acquisition is open market. Terms are FOB Destination, deliveries will be scheduled for weekly. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price.

Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation.
