General Aviation Apron Rehabilitation & Airside E Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) Replacement

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Authority) invites interested Design Professional firms (Respondent) to submit qualifications to provide professional design services in accordance with Florida Statute Section 287.055 for the design of General Aviation Apron Rehabilitation and the design of the Airside E Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) Replacement at Tampa International Airport (TPA), hereinafter known as Project.

As part of the operational responsibilities at TPA, the Authority maintains infrastructure which includes airfield pavements and passenger boarding bridges. This solicitation will provide a Design Professional for the General Aviation Apron Rehabilitation and the Airside E Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement. These two (2) projects will be designed and bid separately.

1. General Aviation Apron Rehabilitation - This project consists of the rehabilitation of the asphalt apron located adjacent to the Sheltair Aviation Services and Signature Fixed Base Operators (FBOs).

2. Airside E Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) Replacement - This project consists of the replacement of thirteen (13) PBBs.
