DIVISION 1 – GENERAL
SECTION 01001 – STATEMENT OF WORK FOR Furniture Procurement for New Cottage
and Bungalows at The Camp Perry Training Post.
SW-1 SCOPE
The work shall be defined as all materials and labor to provide a complete project herein
defined as Furniture Procurement for the New Cottage and Bungalows at the Camp Perry Joint
Training Center, Port Clinton, Ohio.
SW-2 SITE OF WORK
The site of the proposed work is located at the Camp Perry Joint Training Center,
approximately 5 miles west of Port Clinton, Ohio located in Ottawa County. The new cottage and
bungalows are located west of BLDG 600 on Scorpion Road.
SW-3 WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED
The work to be accomplished includes, but is not limited to the following items:
1) Contractor is responsible for supplying all material and labor to make a complete
package for the Cottage and Bungalow Furniture in accordance with this statement of
work. This furniture must be assembled and installed prior to January 12, 2026.
2) Contractor will provide the following, fully assembled and installed:

- 6 Cherry wooden chairs. Something like Ashley Furniture Owingsville Slat
Back dining chairs would be good. Cherry colored, simple, sturdy wood, no
fabric or stuffing on the seats.
- 1 Queen sofa sleeper. Needs to be good quality. An example would be
something like Ashley Furniture Stonemeade Queen Sleeper Sofa, Item #
5950539
- 2 Non-reclining living room chairs. Fabric to coordinate with the sofa sleeper
- 2 Living room end tables, something like Ashley Furniture Simpli Home
Acadian End table #A600083095 – cherry colored wood. No drawers.
- 6 Night Stands, Coordinating with the other tables like Ashley Furniture
Simpli Home Warm Shaker Narrow Side Table #A600080077
- 2 Queen Mattress and Box Spring sets. These need to be medium to high
quality mattresses built for longevity. No pillow tops, needs to be flippable.

extendable.
