The project work consists the provision of, delivery and set-up of furniture and equipment for the new Devens Public Safety Building being constructed at 270 Barnum Road in Devens, MA 01434, as identified in the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the work.
The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning Wednesday July 16, 2025 at 12:00pm by contacting Christine Brown (cbrown@massdevelopment.com) or John Marc-Aurele (jmarc-aurele@massdevelopment.com).
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 to the MassDevelopment office at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, Massachusetts 01434 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by this IFB may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
