| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
Design Services will include total roof replacement for all three buildings in the complex, including through-wall flashing at certain locations. The Residence Halls consist of three stories with shingled and membrane roofing materials, with the exception of building 2, which is one story with a flat membrane roof. Membrane roofing systems are located at the buildings' overhangs of Aggie Village 1 and 3. The residence hall houses approximately 420 students and was constructed in 2004.
