APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder Campus, intends to procure a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a hot water recirculation line and two associated recirculation pumps in Building 26 (Daycare Center). Work includes mechanical piping modifications, electrical connections to existing panelboards with new breakers and disconnects as required, and compliance with current NEC and NIST site standards. Due to the facility’s daycare operations, work will require close coordination and may include off-hour activities. The project will also include an optional line item for furnishing and installing a new water heater with associated piping in Building 111. All work will be performed at the NIST Boulder Campus, Boulder, Colorado.
