Lease of Office Space at Airport

The City of Westfield invites sealed proposals for the operation, staffing and maintaining lease of a 430 square feet of space in the airport administration building at Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport, Westfield, MA.  Specifications may be received at, and proposals are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of envelope:  “Lease of a Space for Office Space - RFP #25-011.”  All proposals must be in the Purchasing Office no later than Monday November 18, 2024 at 2:00 PM.  No proposals will be accepted after the above stated date and hour.  The Westfield-Barnes Airport Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.  The City of Westfield is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (M/F/H) which encourages utilization of minority and women owned enterprises.
