This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to provide a new dedicated steam supply line from Boiler Plant to the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) along with its condensate return line. Steam piping shall be provided stainless steel at VA Caribbean Healthcare System at San Juan, PR. The Contractor should provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and construction services necessary, to successfully complete this project. The period of performance is 540 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 06/18/2025. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov website at www.sam.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV).
