Situated within the Edmonton Waste Management Centre, the responsibilities assigned to the Contractor span across both the Integrated Processing and Transfer Facility (IPTF), the Organics Processing Facilities (OPF), and other areas as required at the Edmonton Waste Management Centre as required; a map is attached in Appendix A. These facilities are pivotal in processing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Organics. The Contractor is tasked with carrying out extensive waste sorting, cleaning, and separation services to support the City's waste diversion and recovery goals.
