Sealed bids will be received by the Planning & Development Department for the Johnson County Park and Recreation District (“JCPRD”) at the JCPRD Administration Building located at 7900 Renner Road, Shawnee Mission, Kansas, 66219 until 2:00 PM CST on October 29, 2026 for the TimberRidge Campground Improvements Bid Request No. PRK-2026-011.
A pre-bid meeting will be held October 14th, 2026 @ 2:30 PM at Whispering Pines Shelter located inside the TimberRidge Adventure Center property at 12300 Homestead Ln, Olathe, Kansas, 66061. Attendance is recommended, but not mandatory. A partial site tour will follow the pre-bid meeting. Plans and specifications can be seen or purchased for a non-refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, and additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com. Information regarding this project can be found in the “Public Jobs” link on the website.
