Sealed Proposals must be received by 10:00 A.M. on November 26, 2024 by the City of Taunton Department of Procurement, located at 15 Summer Street, 1st Floor within Treasurer’s Office, Taunton, MA 02780, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened.
The award of the contract will be to the highest-priced proposal from a responsive and responsible proposer will be selected. The City has determined that this transaction is subject to the Uniform Procurement Act, M.G.L. c. 30B. Therefore, the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B are hereby incorporated by reference in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to negotiate any and all non-mandatory contract terms with the successful offeror, or to cancel this procurement at any time if it is in the City’s best interest to do so.
