Synopsis:
|
|
Bids will be received by Howes Roof Consultants Inc. for a roof replacement tender. The work includes removal of approximately 13,750 ft2 of existing roofing on three roof sections. Installation of new roofing components and fully adhered EPDM membrane. Bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin in April, 2025 with completion on or before August 28, 2025.
A site review of the project for interested, qualified Bidders has been set for 11:00 AM Friday, December 13, 2024 at the address below.
