Solicitation Description:
FMNT is requesting procurement for the purchase and replacement of the existing Building Automation System (BAS) supervisory controller. The current JACE controller installed at 4300 New Carrollton 4300 Buildings A&B has reached end of support status from the manufacturer, resulting in limited functionality, lack of available updates, and increased vulnerability to operational failures. To restore full system reliability, FMNT seeks to acquire and install one JACE 9000 supervisory controller. This upgraded controller will provide the necessary compatibility, stability, and long-term support required to maintain efficient communication between HVAC equipment and the BAS network.
