This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as an request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.
This procurement is for Nylon Sewn Mattress Bed Mattress to replace the existing inventory. The supply will consist of commercial-grade mattresses designed for high-use residential environments. The mattresses are intended exclusively for use in residential quarters, such as dormitories and barracks. Their purpose is to provide a safe, comfortable, and hygienic sleeping surface for residents, which is essential for physical health, mental readiness, and overall quality of life.
