Rabbi Services for Pilgrim Psychiatric Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a five (5) year contract to procure Rabbi Services for the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center located at 998 Crooked Hill Rd, Brentwood, NY 11717. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate (BP) attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday October 1, 2024 @ 1:00 PM. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office of the IFB by Tuesday October 8, 2024 by 3:00 PM.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Tuesday October 15, 2024.

Proposal Submission Due Date is Tuesday October 22, 2024 by 3:00 PM.

The Anticipated Contract term is February 1, 2025 – January 31, 2030.
