Green Zone K-8 Pre-Qualification Notice

Project Description: The project consists of a new 215,000 SF K-8 school on an existing site. The work includes: earthwork, underground utilities, paving, play courts, landscape, irrigation, fencing, gates, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, sealants, waterproofing, spray insulation, doors, frames & hardware, overhead doors, windows, gypsum wall board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, resilient flooring, tile flooring, athletic flooring, carpeting, painting, visual display boards, signage, toilet compartments, toilet accessories, lockers, aluminum walkway covers, flagpoles, stage curtains, food service specialties, athletic equipment, modular casework, laboratory casework, telescoping stands, elevator, fire sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and low voltage systems.
The Morganti Group, Inc. is pre-qualifying subcontractors for the New Green Zone K8 project. Construction is scheduled for the summer of 2026. Subcontractors are required to submit pre-qualification packages by the dates listed below.
