The Ohio Department of Transportation (“ODOT”) is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified vendors for a one-year annual subscription to the Predictive Index (“PI”) Behavioral, Cognitive, and Job Assessment platform for 100 full-time employees (FTEs). The awarded contract will include unlimited assessments for external job candidates and must incorporate the Hire and Inspire modules for all 100 FTEs.
