Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform XXXX services for the following project:
Project Description: Convergence Hall is a state-funded building at The Point in Utah, designed to be an innovation hub that brings together academia, industry, government, and investors. It will consist of the following room typologies: office, retail, event, and housing.
The services of this solicitation include, but are not limited to, commissioning of the control, mechanical, electrical, and audio visual systems of the project.
Construction Budget$115,000,000.00
