CAMP PERRY JOINT TRAINING CENTER
DIVISION 1 – GENERAL
SECTION 01001 – STATEMENT OF WORK FOR Appliance Procurement for New Cottage
and Bungalows at The Camp Perry Training Post.
SW-1 SCOPE
The work shall be defined as all materials and labor to provide a complete project herein
defined as Appliance Procurement for the New Cottage and Bungalows at the Camp Perry Joint
Training Center, Port Clinton, Ohio.
SW-2 SITE OF WORK
The site of the proposed work is located at the Camp Perry Joint Training Center,
approximately 5 miles west of Port Clinton, Ohio located in Ottawa County. The new cottage and
bungalows are located west of BLDG 600 on Scorpion Road.
SW-3 WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED
The work to be accomplished includes, but is not limited to the following items:
1) Contractor is responsible for supplying all material and labor to make a complete
package for the Cottage and Bungalow Appliances in accordance with this statement
of work. These appliances must be installed prior to January 12, 2026.
2) Demolition:

A) Cottage 611:
- 21.9 cu ft white refrigerator with top freezer, with automatic defrost for
fridge and freezer. Shelves must have spillproof glass. Unit shall be
Energy Star qualified. No ice maker. An example of a desirable model
would be GE Model#GTS22KGNRWW
- Stove for ADA use with the knobs on the front like Frigidaire Model #
FCFE3062AW -30” glass top, 5 burners, 5.3 cubic foot slide in electric,
in white with self-cleaning oven. Knobs can’t be on the top back, must be
on the front for wheelchair-bound people to be able to reach.
B) Bungalow 612:
- 21.9 cu ft white refrigerator with top freezer, with automatic defrost for
fridge and freezer. Shelves must have spillproof glass. Unit shall be
Energy Star qualified. No ice maker. An example of a desirable model
would be GE Model#GTS22KGNRWW
- Stove for ADA use with the knobs on the front like Frigidaire Model #
FCFE3062AW -30” glass top, 5 burners, 5.3 cubic foot slide in electric,
in white with self-cleaning oven. Knobs can’t be on the top back, must be
on the front for wheelchair-bound people to be able to reach.
C) Bungalow 613:
- 21.9 cu ft white refrigerator with top freezer, with automatic defrost for
fridge and freezer. Shelves must have spillproof glass. Unit shall be
Energy Star qualified. No ice maker. An example of a desirable model

- Stove like Frigidaire Model # FCRE3062AW - 30” wide, white smooth
top stove with oven. 5.3 cubic foot min. capacity, 4-5 elements, electronic
controls, self- cleaning oven. Energy Star, coordinating with the
refrigerator.
D) Bungalow 614:
- 21.9 cu ft white refrigerator with top freezer, with automatic defrost for
fridge and freezer. Shelves must have spillproof glass. Unit shall be
Energy Star qualified. No ice maker. An example of a desirable model
would be GE Model#GTS22KGNRWW
- Stove like Frigidaire Model # FCRE3062AW - 30” wide, white smooth

E) Bungalow 615:
- 21.9 cu ft white refrigerator with top freezer, with automatic defrost for
fridge and freezer. Shelves must have spillproof glass. Unit shall be

- Stove for ADA use with the knobs on the front like Frigidaire Model #
FCFE3062AW -30” glass top, 5 burners, 5.3 cubic foot slide in electric,

4) All approved equals will be submitted to The Business Administrator (CPJTC) for approval
NTL 24 hours prior to bid close to allow for spec comparison and approval. Decision will be
provided to contractor in writing.
5) Any submittals for materials, type and color must be approved by CPJTC prior to
commencement of project. Please provide pictures of each item proposed.
6) Contractor is responsible for leaving the work area in a clean and workable condition on a
daily basis throughout delivery, set up and installation.
7) Contractor is responsible for the security of all materials on site.
8) Contactor will need to coordinate closely with the CPJTC to schedule work so it doesn’t
interfere with CPJTC Scheduling.
9) Provide minimum 1 year written warranty, after owner acceptance of completed work.
