Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); the RFQ number is N0003925Q9000. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those is effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. This RFQ is a small business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 513210 ? Software Publishers and the small business size standard is $47M. The simplified procedures permitted by FAR 13.5 will be utilized.
