In accordance with 38 U.S.C. § 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned

Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, and perform all work necessary to

prepare site for building operations and complete Project 613-126 Renovate/Expand 47-Bed Domiciliary Pod B.

This project must be completed in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings, and supporting attachments included in

the package.

This project is being solicited and will be awarded under the VA’s Minor Construction program.

This program has a maximum statutory cost limit of $30M inclusive of A/E design fees and Construction Costs.

No award will be made to projects that exceed this maximum cost limit.
