The Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC)'s Histories, Archives, and Libraries Division (HAL) on the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) requires the delivery assembly, and installation of two (2) office modular floor-to-ceiling walled spaces in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included within the attached solicitation.
