In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Department of Homeland Secretary Office of Procurement Operations in support of the Office of the Chief Readiness Officer intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Brown Construction Services, Inc. to provide interior upgrades for executive conference rooms within a historically registered building on the St. Elizabeths Campus, Washington, DC. This sole source procurement is based on the Government’s need for a company that possesses the unique expertise and experience with the historical preservation requirements of this building.
